A custom-designed and 3D-printed sunglasses case featuring a Cyberpunk-inspired aesthetic. The rigid PLA outer shell provides protection while a removable flexible TPU liner creates a softer internal surface for the glasses.
The case combines 3D-printed components with M4 metal hardware for the hinge mechanism, creating a functional multi-material design.

About This Product
This custom sunglasses case was designed and 3D printed as a practical protective case with a Cyberpunk-inspired aesthetic.
The outer shell is printed in PLA, providing a rigid structure while keeping the case lightweight. A removable TPU inner liner creates a flexible internal surface to help protect the glasses from scratches and impacts.
M4 metal hardware forms part of the hinge mechanism, combining printed components with standard hardware for a stronger functional assembly.
The project involved 3D modelling, prototyping, dimensional adjustments, FDM printing and final assembly.

Design Features
