Most Kacerys products are printed in PETG or PLA+. PETG is used for outdoor and functional
parts
because it is more heat and weather resistant. PLA+ is used for indoor products where a
cleaner
finish is the priority. The material used is listed on each product page.
Yes — custom colour requests are welcome. Get in touch via the
contact page before placing your order
and we will confirm availability. Custom colours may add 1–2 days to the production time.
Absolutely. Custom sizing and design modifications are part of what Kacerys does.

Products designed for outdoor use — such as the Bird Feeder — are printed in PETG which
handles
rain, UV exposure, and temperature changes well. They are not designed for permanent
submersion
in water. Each product page specifies whether it is suitable for outdoor use.
Orders & Shipping
Currently Kacerys ships to Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you are based elsewhere,
get in touch and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery after dispatch
is typically 2–4 business days for Ireland and 3–6 business days for the UK.
Tracked shipping is available at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check the product
listing for current offers.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so
you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us at
contact.kacerys@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Because each product is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However if there is a fault with your product we will always make it right.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
